Headphones Won't Play Sound

Click the playback tab, and right-click where your speakers used to be. It worked! and one isn't for headphones, check to see how its labled. In the new windows click on the tab "Playback" and right click in the window and click on Show Disabled devices. If the second pair works, contact the manufacturer of the initial pair and ask if you need a replacement. Somehow the balance on the headphone jack had been moved all the way to the left channel. Problem fixed. We need to set the headphones as default. The different audio output device needs to be set as default (in Control panel Sounds) and then you need to restart the app.
