Here is how I solved it!!!!!!!While the TV is in the HDMI input go into the TV's menu select "input" ---->"Edit Name"--->set the HDMI1/DVI mode to PC. I have uninstalled using the AMD cleanup program. I actually prefer VGA because my HDMI cable seems to be going crazy and giving me a crappy look.
