I am using webmail only for this email, so checking the settings doesn't work for me. If you prefer this issue to be private, then please contact our live technical support team via email/chat/email. Each cPanel account can create their own, but there are no defaults set for that. The other domain is blacklisting or graylisting messages from Gmail.
